FOGGY MORNING BREAKDOWNMarch 8,2021 Monday

My to-do list is out of my head. My blood pressure is down. But it is time to start a new work week, to get clarity on what needs to be done.

I want even greater clarity. I know The Way of Christ is love. I’m working on that. But what about the details! How do I use my strengths to offer Holy Love and still bring in the money needed for basics?

I am told to trust, but also to work. I’m working on that as well. My mind is foggy this morning.

I would love to have you join me in prayer:

EVERYONE IS WELCOMESunday Home CommunionMarch 7, 2020

Jesus clears out anything that separates people from God. We are all accepted. We are all loved. We are all invited to be One with our Creator.

Please join me in Home Communion:

PLAY THE HARMONICA! Uhmm, that is LIVE IN HARMONY !FRIDAY 3.5.2021

Psalm 19:14 – can you put it to music?

Here are my ponderings and prayer:

Experiences of the NewMarch 4, 2021Thursday

How did you handle experiences of the new? Do you feel excitement going to new places? Do you feel a little uncertain as to what might be expected of you? Do you have outright fear of having to meet new people, learn new rules, finding your way around in new places?

This morning with the prayer thought for those in new places, I am praying for those children who are placed in foster care. I am praying for the elderly who have reached the point of being moved to a nursing home or assisted living. I am praying for those with Alzheimer’s at whatever age whose disease confuses them and makes them feel like they are always in a new place. I am praying for all of us as we encounter the new today.

I give thanks to the Life-Giving Presence who never leaves us alone and gives us confidence and strength for whatever may come our way.

Please join me in my pondering and prayer:

Thankful for those who make our world a better place. Tuesday morning Prayer – March 2, 2021

Who do you think of when you think of those who serve your community? Who are you thankful for that has inspired you or helped to nurture you?

Please join with me in giving thanks for these people:

It’s Impossible!02.28.2021SundayHome Communion Live

For the One who Created life, deadness does not mean the End. For the One who is Love, nothing can stand in the way.

SEEKThursday Day 8 in Lent February 25, 2021

After this prayer on Facebook, I wrote out the words “ASK, SEEK, KNOCK” in a column. I never noticed that the first letters spelt out ASK!

After that, I decided I definitely needed to email a friend and ask for help with some work. The friend had offered months ago but I hadn’t thought to follow up on it until now. What’s best about this is that I received the help I needed, graciously! Why I should expect less, I don’t know.

Do you have trouble asking for help? If so, maybe we should prod each other to give it a try more often.

Please join me in prayer:

STRENGTH Lent Day 702.24.2021

Yes, you do have strengths, gifts that may be so natural to you that you don’t even recognize them. It is important to recognize them so that you may use them and be aware of how you are using them.
