One thing that I love about November is that many people use it as a reminder to give thanks for something or someone every day. Some people and things are easier to be grateful for than others. I am convinced we can find things to be grateful about, however, in every circumstance and in every person.
Today is election day in many places. Knowing of elections always brings up a prayer for safety in me and for God‘s justice and for harmony. Today it reminded me to also be grateful for those who are willing to run out of true concern for the people they represent. May it be so.
